Labor Relations Consulting
Committed to assisting executives and managers successfully manage their organization's labor relations activities, the partners of Sound Employment Solutions, LLC, will:

  • assist the management team, or represent management, during contract negotiations;
  • represent management in a third party intervention, such as mediation or arbitration;
  • develop strategies for achieving success when directing labor relations;
  • facilitate contract administration; and

Investigations
The partners are skilled investigators with experience in conducting and overseeing EEO and employee complaint investigations. Investigations are comprehensive, of the highest quality, timely, and legally referenced. Both partners are licensed private investigators (unarmed) via the State of Washington.
