Managerial personnel with responsibility for investigating allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee complaints, or an incident of employee misconduct, will learn how to:
• Establish a framework for conducting an investigation and defining issues • Identify the standard of proof when investigating discrimination or employee misconduct • Identify key witnesses and documents essential to the investigation • Conduct successful interviews of the complainant, witnesses, and accused • Comply with procedural and legal rights of the employees • Document the interviews and prepare a final written report |
