Workshop participants will learn: • Behavioral characteristics may indicate a bully exists in the workplace • The liability a bully poses to the employer and the workgroup • Tips to consider before the employer develops an anti-bullying policy • To establish behavioral expectations that minimize the bully’s behavior • How to hold the bully accountable and, when appropriate, issue discipline |
