Mediation is a voluntary, multi-faceted, and confidential process in which our impartial mediators help people involved in controversies to reach an outcome of their own making, which may include the resolution of issues and the preservation of vital relationships. Mediation has the broadest application and the greatest potential for resolving disputes and reconciling conflicts.
We resolve conflicts before they evolve into litigation or, alternatively, before litigation requires a trial. Mediation is the primary method of "alternative dispute resolution" because it allows disputants to resolve their issues voluntarily and quickly with the aid of a trained mediator, thereby reducing costs for both the disputants. |
