• The importance of an accurate job description • What interview questions may and may not be asked • How to use skills assessments & behavioral-related interview questions to determine applicant’s interpersonal skill compatibility • How to get factual information from a former employer • When to consider using social media to gather information • Conducting records checks, checking credit, and making public records requests • The purpose of the probation or orientation and when this introductory period may be extended |
